They are so paranoid and stupid that they kill their own initiates. That's what happened to a woman who wanted to be taken to a nearby town after they shaved her head.

If you shave her head, then suddenly she does not look all that different from a dude. So when you feel sexually attracted to Jed, it does not mean you are gay so you do not have to beat yourself up!!
