Anti-Sex Trafficking Tonight at GWU

Cargo is an award-winning anti-sex trafficking drama written and directed by Yan Vizinberg. The film tells the story of a young Russian woman, smuggled into America by human traffickers, and a notorious Egyptian transporter, hired to drive her from the Mexican border to New York City. The pair form an unlikely bond that transforms them and threatens to derail the traffickers' plans.

Vizinberg will be on hand after the screening along with film editor/producer Abigail Honor and Andrew Powell, the founder and CEO of FAIR Fund to take questions from the audience. Refreshments will be served.
